Baked Rosemary Chicken Chop

Chicken baked with rosemary and seasoning, side with french fried and boiled broccoli make a simple and delicious meal.

Marinate 4 boneless chicken thighs with 4 slice of gingers(minced), 2 coriander root(minced), 1 tsp dried rosemary. 1 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tsp cooking wine, 2tbsp maple syrup or honey, salt and pepper for 1 hours.

Straight cut 3 potatoes, soaked in salt water and deep fried.

Steamed the broccoli and toss with olive oil and salt.

Grease the tray with butter, place the chicken into the oven and baked for 30minutes or till the skin turn golden brown.

The chicken is ready to serve with the french fries and broccoli. Sprinkle some sesame on top, garnished with coriander leaves and pour some juice from the chicken accumulated in the tray over the chicken. See, just like restaurant food! The chicken is juicy inside with rosemary infused and crispy outside.
